After holding several management positions with other local companies, Joe chose to come work with Modern Lending in January of 2020. As a Mortgage Finance Professional with 15 years of experience, Joe constantly stives to be a catalyst in delivering solutions that support the needs of each individual client, going above and beyond what is required to deliver an amazing experience and remain their Loan Officer for life! Outside of the office, he is an active member of the local community. Joe currently serves as Vice Chair for the South Riverside County Young Professionals Network and has coached youth baseball in the Temecula Valley since 2013. Joe is currently licensed in California and Tennessee, residing in French Valley with his wife Jennifer and their 5 beautiful children. If they aren't in town, you can usually find the Daquino family enjoying the water at their second home, Lake Havasu.
