Taylor has been in the Mortgage industry as a Loan Officer for 6 years. Taylor has been ranked in the top 1% nationwide for Loan Officer as well as #120 broker in 2020 per the Scotsman Guide. Before Modern Lending, Brian and Taylor worked together as Top Producers for a different company before forming Modern Lending in 2018. Taylor was born and raised in Riverside Ca. Growing up Taylor’s father was in the Mortgage Industry which inspired Taylor to go the same route.

Taylor received his bachelors from Cal Baptist University and was highly recruited to play top level baseball.

Taylor works hard so that he can provide lifetime memories and experiences with his wife and high school sweetheart Chelsey, and their two children. He loves coaching his son’s sports teams, being present at practices and games.
